Adjust Downloading and Uploading Speed for All Tasks

 If you want to slow down SoMud download speed so that other network programs can share your Internet bandwidth, you can 1) at the bottom right corner of SoMud, click the small arrow button, from the pop up menu, choose the appropriate bandwidth mode - the lower, the less bandwidth SoMud will use; or 2) from "Options" menu, choose "Bandwidth Limit Mode" to ajust the global bandwidth SoMud should use for all tasks.
