Adjust Speed Meter
Go to SoMud "Options" menu, choose "Settings", in the settings dialog, select "General Settings". In the section of "Basic Settings", for "Speed panel bandwidth display limit", enter the appropriate bandwith uplimit to display. This uplimit corresponds to the height of the speed meter panel.
