Encryption and IP Blocking
Following screenshot shows the Security Settings. You can check or uncheck "Encrypt incoming and outgoing data streams" to enable or disable data encryption. You can add one or more IP ranges to this filter. All peers whose IP addresses falling in these IP ranges will not be connected.
