 If you need help on using SoMud or experience some problems, you can find help buttons everywhere in SoMud.

 Pressing Help button will open a web page which shows several ways of finding help. If you don't know how to use SoMud, you can read "Documentation". If you have some questions of using SoMud, you should check "FAQs" first before asking. If you are unable to find answers in "Documentation" and "FAQs", you may ask your questions in SoMud community Forum or contact us by pressing the "Support" button on the page. Due to the volume of queries we may not answer all questions in time, however, we'll try our best. For SoMud PRO users, your support will be guaranteed within 48 hours at higher priority. Most queries from SoMud PRO users will be handled within 24 hours.
